Judaica Gift Shop
Beth Hillel Synagogue's Sisterhood operates a well-stocked, high-quality Judaica Gift Shop as a service to the congregation and a way of raising funds for the synagogue. Located in the synagogue lobby, the shop offers a wide range of items to enhance Jewish holiday celebrations, life-cycle events, and daily life.
For instance, this is the perfect place to find shower, wedding, baby, and Bar/Bat Mitzvah gifts. In addition to traditional items such as mezzuzot and menorot, you'll find housewares, toys, games, books, prints, clothing, jewelry... In fact, it's impossible to list here all the items the Gift Shop carries. Not only are they numerous and varied, but new ones are always being added, including many "made in Israel" items. The photos on the right, which show just small parts of the shop, give some idea of the variety.
Besides the items on display in the shop, gift certificates are available and special orders are welcome. If you want a Judaic item you see somewhere else, please give the Gift Shop staff the opportunity to order it for you. They have many catalogues and can get most things at the same or a better price.
The Gift Shop is open on Monday and Wednesday afternoons from 4:30 to 6:00 p.m. and Sundays from 10:00 a.m. to noon during the school term, or by appointment.
